Task observations are an excellent leading indicator forconstruction health and safety performance. This application isused to record, categorise and submit observations of safe andunsafe behaviours on specific Worley construction sites. An“observation card” is filled out and submitted following theobservation of a construction or maintenance activity. In mostcircumstances a conversation with the observed individuals shouldalso occur. The card data is then collated, analysed and presentedin a separate application. This application is for the exclusiveuse of Worley, their customers and their contractors.
